1. TERMS OF RETURN

- Returns are accepted within 2 days 

  of delivery date only

- Return request must be raised within 

  48 hours of receiving the product

- Products returned after 2 days will 

  NOT be accepted

- Each product can only be returned once

2. STATE OF RETURN

Products must be returned in the 

following condition:



FOR TOYS:

✅ Unused and unplayed condition

✅ Original packaging intact

✅ All parts/accessories included

✅ No scratches or damage by customer

✅ Original box/packaging not damaged



FOR CLOTHES & SHOES:

✅ Unworn and unwashed condition

✅ Original tags attached

✅ Original packaging intact

✅ No stains, tears or alterations

✅ Hygiene seal intact (if applicable)



Products NOT eligible for return:

❌ Used or washed products

❌ Products without original packaging

❌ Products with missing parts/accessories

❌ Products damaged by customer

❌ Products without tags removed

3. REASON FOR RETURN

We accept returns ONLY for:



✅ Damaged product received

✅ Defective product received

✅ Wrong product delivered

✅ Wrong size delivered

✅ Missing parts or accessories

✅ Product not as described



We DO NOT accept returns for:

❌ Change of mind

❌ Product no longer needed

❌ Ordered by mistake 

   (after shipping)

❌ Minor colour variation 

   (due to screen display)

- Your Order Number

- Your Full Name

- Reason for Return

- Photos/Video of damaged 

  or wrong product



STEP 3 — Wait for Approval

- Our team will review 

  your request within 48 hours

- You will receive return 

  approval via WhatsApp/Email



STEP 4 — Pack & Ship Product

- Pack product securely in 

  original packaging

- Ship to our address:

  Reysun Kids Collection

  Delhi, India

- Share tracking number 

  with us after shipping



STEP 5 — Return Confirmation

- We will confirm receipt 

  of returned product

- Refund process begins 

  after quality check

5. PROCESS OF REFUND

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━



REFUND TERMS:

- Refund will be processed within 

  5-7 business days after we 

  receive returned product

- Refund will be issued to 

  ORIGINAL payment method only



REFUND METHODS:

💳 Credit/Debit Card → 5-7 days

🏦 Net Banking → 3-5 days

📱 UPI → 2-3 days

💰 COD Orders → Bank transfer 

   within 5-7 days



REFUND AMOUNT:

✅ Full product price refunded

✅ Shipping charges refunded 

   (only if our mistake)

❌ Return shipping charges 

   NOT covered by us

   (unless damaged/wrong product)

6. EXCHANGE POLICY
